Thanks for this awesome experience! I have seen many of your amazing videos, projects and tutorials. I’m a violinist from Mexico. You have become an inspiration for me.
Thanks for uploading! - now I know that my high pinky is not the problem, but more a general lack of musical skill. also, i didn't know how to play the chords. The only problem with the gopro is that because of the wide camera angle, the angles in the margins of the video are highly distorted and one cannot tell whether you use a tilted bow or not on the video. but there are plenty of videos to watch bowing. This seems to be focused more on the left hand. Also, Great performance! I am a huge fan of your style of interpreting Bach's string music.
Hi Tony, glad it's helping you, thanks for your comment. Nope, no thumb fingerings on the G string... Ps I've made a growing series of technique tutorials if you're interested, should find them under suggested videos, if not look up the Es Muss Sein channel or via www.es-muss-sein.org. Thanks!
What a great teaching idea! Thanks so much for your kind generosity.
Thank you for telling us about Bach in the best possible way. You're a great violinist.
I just cannot stop watching this: I'm learning so much!

Easy to see fingering...Cool idea...Notice you play in 1st position a lot...Violin sounds better mostly there except for some notes.
