Calculate "Yes" or "No" percentage from a list in Excel

What if the column has 'Yes, No & N.A (or UNKNOWN)? How to subtract that so the calculation is done among the ones only with Yes / No excluding at all the ones with N.A.? Thanks

=COUNTIF(D4:D23,”yes”)/(COUNTIF(D4:D23,”no”)+COUNTIF(D4:D23,”yes”))
Enter this formula into the cell in which you want to display the percentage. Do not change anything on the above formula besides the area the formula is calculating. For example your data may be A1:A20. So in my formula change D4:D24 to A1:A20.
