I think following the money to who funds the wars that are displacing the majority of (illegal) migrants is a lot more effective in tackling the problem than going after NGO rescue ships. Stop it at the source instead of fighting the symptoms.

This is horrible. But why would people expect Europe to solve all their problems. Keep in mind that, they are often very low educated so in most countries they will not be able to participate in the system which will leave them frustrated. They often have a lot of children, which is too much for Europe to carry. They have different values which are not always in harmony with ours. It will lead to an enormous amount of problems!
They don't come to contribute because they can't they are normally poor educated and low skilled they don't speak the language and many never will they don't integrate. There will be civil war in Europe as social cohesion breaks down. We should help those running from persecution ironically you never see Christians as Muslim countries won't let them leave. Why don't they go to Muslim countries. They come for our social net well that's becoming unsustainable especially in Britain we can't service our debt. Our own people need social housing. I am honestly just embarrassed to be an European at this point. I grew up being told where where the good guys and that we lived in a democracy.

Something has gone terribly wrong in almost all western nations. From what I can see, only Poland and Hungary have retained their sanity. They only allow a handful of immigrants into their countries and they are strictly vetted. He went to college and studied journalism; I went to college and studied liberal arts, then I dropped out and got a trade, and work with my hands, for a wage, in a labor union. I make a good living, but I can see that mass immigration is destroying our countries … and quickly. I mean to say, this is all happening fast, with tremendous rapidity. One quarter of all Canadians are now immigrants, newly arrived in the last 20 years. They are all Asian and African. Just 20 years ago, Canada was almost entirely white and Christian, with just four main groups: English, Irish, Scottish and French. By 2050, only 50% of Canadians will be white and Christian. And somehow, to merely notice this, to simply notice that this is happening, and to simply state that this seems strange - somehow this makes me “far right”. We are living in very very strange times. The only civilization that I can think of that let this kind of thing happen is Rome, just before they fell, and vanished from the face of the earth.

I spent a month in Italy working as a volunteer in a music studio and an ice cream gin bar, Love the people and their way of life.
I would love to move from England and live the rest of my life in Italy and create opportunities but I don't have any money to sustain myself....so why burden them with my wants or needs?
