It's simple, do the coin stacking glitch in another style, place down the angry sun, save the course (it will be deleted), keep saving until you get a 3d world game style. And, you have your 3d world angry sun and night themes.

If you go into the 3D World style, you can rotate the Banzai Bill so that it aims at the stage.
