I think you’re just gaining muscle and toning while losing fat, therefore looking thinner while the scale doesn’t show any “progress” since the muscle replaces the fat. Plus more muscle mass = improved metabolism! I’m so glad you’re not paying as much attention to the scale that was a game changer for me! So proud of you keep going strong 💪🏼

Sarah, I've been watching you for such a long time and this journey has been so cool to see. This time really does feel more serious for you, it isn't hard to see! I appreciate you sharing your non-scale wins! Not enough people talk about the little things that improve, and hearing you do so is very motivating.
I remember my first Pilates class. I was sweating, huffing and puffing, not able to finish all repetitions on half of the exercises. Now, few years later, it's almost meditative.
The fact that you're committed to making changes that benefit you long-term means everything!! You're making pilates look real good, girl! ❤

How is this a ww weight loss update but you didn't meantion the glp1?? Are you still doing the shots part? Does it have more or less side effects now?
There wasn’t much to say. I undated you guys on how much I lost - and aside from that bit of getting sick I mentioned a few vlogs back, nothing really changed. I’m still on a super low dose but there’s nothing life changing going on.
Even if there is no change from glp1, just mentioning that is an update in my opinion. I had wondered too. Love your videos 😊
I think the coolest thing about your channel has been watching you evolve over the years, and being true to yourself. It's easy to think we know someone from a 30 minute vlog, which thank you for sharing your life but it's even cooler too see you grow. I never comment but I felt compelled to today. So thank you for the content. I'm still secretly watching for the book release and the influence class🤭 for no other reason of when you share clips of your little cubs back in the day and I look and my twins baby photos and get an instant emotion. While it's beautiful I'm not sure I'd want to share with the world but I'd be down for the class lol 😂.
I have been going thru the same thing. Scale not moving but getting smaller losing the inches. You are sculpting your body. You do look great Girlie keep it up!

Been loving all of your Pilates fits!! I have an airfryer that has a rotisserie chicken setting and I’m still too scared to use it. I’m dead with your rotiss 😂😂 Your plants look so much more organized than mine I bet those planter towers look gorgeous when the flowers bloom!

You seem like you just have so much more energy and drive and I love that for you.♥️ I have been doing some move with Nicole Pilates workouts on UA-cam which I like but damn girl I don’t know how you get up early to go to them I am the worst 😂
The next time you make chicken use seasoned butter to coat the whole chicken and then let the chicken set in the refrigerator for at least an hour before cooking. Doing that will allow the flavors to soaking in and it will result in a crispy chicken when cooked.
Oh and for the garden sometimes the bigger plants get more transplant shock. I find cutting some of the bigger leaves and plucking any flowers helps it recover better. I’m late to get to gardening too this year. Better late than never! Don’t forget to amend the your soil, especially the greenstalks. I find they deplete a lot faster than regular containers.
I started Pilates right after you started talking about it and I’m also addicted! Have you tried a cardio class yet? They are so good! Those instructors are always pulling out new tricks for us to do and I’m always shocked when I pull them off 😂

Yes! Make chicken broth from the bones. Either in a pot on the stove, in the instant pot, or even a slow cooker. Break the bones up to release more collagen. I do it almost every week, haven't had to buy broth in ages!

Its not about you losing weight for me, its more that ypu look amazing, well, healthy and happy and that comes from being active and treating your body as well as you can❤ To amyone, dont take the ability to do physical things for granted, I am unable to do as much as id like because of long term chronic illnesses, so make the most of a healthy/capable body whilst ypu have one😊
Having said that, im also inspired by Sarah so trying to exercise a little 5 days a week, even if its just a 12 minute chair yoga video. Ive also bought some weights to increase my strength, in the hope i can improve my overall fitness without making my illnesses worse. Wish me luck!!!!😂💪

It feels good to invest in yourself. I have been going through a bad divorce and have been made to feel like the lowest in comparison to other women who are skinner and better looking. So your videos have really helped. I gotta be good for me. Love you Sarah!

Oh my gosh, I feel you so much on those recipes. I can tell you that I have not made things because it’s aggravated me so bad but if you just click print recipe on the bottom, it will set it all up on the page without all the ads and everything, then you can just read it from you don’t even have to print it just from the screen that sets it all up to print it I make a screenshot of that and then I can just go back and look at it as I’m cooking
You're definitely toning up. I love pilates. It's such a plus size friendly exercise. I feel that all us plus size girlie's should try it. ❤

That's good your doing great. I lost 40lbs since October 2023 I hitc240lb I was having trouble getting out of a chair and it hurt and was painful to walk or do anything. I'm now 200lbs but I need to lose more I'm still to big iv had to do physical therapy and I'm going to the gym but I put the weight loss on hold I'm maintaining and I'll get back to it in August. I still have some pain and I'm still at risk for diabetes at my weight so I need to remember my health is important I have a 5 and 6 year old who I want to be around for, for a long time. Anyhow hugs n love you are beautiful inside and out ❤
I'm glad you are feeling GOOD and at home in your body. All that pilates is making you stronger! You looked great lifting those green stalk layers-- last year? You would have pulled a muscle and been down and out for a week. I'm so proud of your progress!! And your plants look good too. 🙂

U r fabulous! Intermittent fasting is key. And an appetite suppressant is helpful but a double edged sword! I had a tramflap reconstruction and effective resulting tummy tuck, lipo sculpture just puts weight in odd places. Flat tummy but back fat and upper torso fat is odd distribution!

I would like to lose weight and it’s not easy. When I was a little smaller I was still scared and ashamed of my body and I was miserable. When I discovered try on videos and thought ladies like you look beautiful I began tucking in my tops and everyone thought I lost weight and flooded me with compliments. I said I didn’t lose an ounce I just tucked in my blouse. Now I’m much happier. Just know Sarah that you are a beautiful person inside and out. Your channel was one of the ones that helped me change my look and feel good about myself and showing my figure. This is what you do for ladies like me because I am too shy to even share pictures of my face. Thank you for doing what you do. ❤

Once I went from .25 to .50 it really changed for me. I’m not on ww but I have no choice but to eat nutritious foods or deal with the sickness, my body and brain just crave different foods now. I also do Pilates but I also do restorative yoga and it is an amazing combo because I hate stretching and the yoga restore is that. I’m at a little plateau but also not stepping on the scale because that first bit of weight loss has been such a confidence boost, from someone who used to struggle with binge ed.
Just one word of advice, don’t stop the fiber! The higher the dose the worse it gets, nice to see you having positive results, cheers to that
I’m also avoiding the scale but I want my boobs done so I have a BMI goal 😂 it’s a good motivator
I have questions if you don’t mind.. I want to start on a glp1 but I also don’t know what to expect.. do you take fiber to not get constipation? I know more protein is needed but what else would you recommend?

I joined WW in March. I’ve lost 20 pounds. I am enjoying the program.
I started Ozempic 3 weeks ago and eating enough protein has been so hard. I have autoimmune issues and avoid a lot of ingredients that inflame me. Finding a protein shake I can have has been SO hard! For the chicken: try splatchcocking it (cutting out the backbone, breaking breast bone so it lays open) and cooking it on indirect heat (mid burner low and side burners mid to mid high depending on your grill) until it reaches temp. If it’s browns too deeply tent with foil until it’s done cooking. For the rotisserie-I bet if you made some carne Al pastor with it you would love it! And always prep the meat into the fork stick thing in the kitchen on a baking sheet or silicone pad then just pop it onto the grill. For Al pastor I would recommend buying a loin to slice yourself (cut medium and pound out thinner so you get consistent size and thickness. Also make sure you don’t make them so wide that they hit the grates when spinning so check how much height you have to work with). Stack the meat tightly on the stick with pineapple slices throughout as you wish. Cook over all burners at mediumish until cooked through. With some homemade tortillas and salsas? You will love that damn grill! Which, check your user manual to see how to ignite it and if you’re doing it right then maybe you need a new switch or battery in the button. Figured that out after a lot of tears a few years ago 😆I’m a charcoal grilling girlie and was already annoyed at switching to gas. That ignition button drove me mad for at least an hour!
I have Crohn’s (autoimmune disorder/IBD) and I’ve been so scared to go on ozempic and what not because I don’t wanna trigger a flare

I got the prescription filled in late April and didn’t do my first injection until June because I was just so scared of all the what ifs and making things worse (RH, Lupus amongst others). I’m honestly still scared. I’ve been having this back pain that is driving me even more nuts than my regular chronic pain and it’s hard not to think it’s related to the OZ.
I joined shortly after you did. I will say they make it easy. They got the insurance approval I needed. It’s super easy to use WW clinic

You can make stock out of the chicken carcass! I also save my veggie scraps to make broth out of so I always have homemade veggie/chicken broth in the freezer!

Have you had xrays to check your spine/tail bone? I know my problem was that i had a probelm with the way the bottom of my spine is formed. There is a medical term for it but i cant think of it now. I haven't found anything that helps other than stretching when i need to and taking time to rest when needed also.
I probably should get an xray or something cause it’s been a while

I’m an OG I don’t know if you know my name but I watched you with your babies when they were small and I have been in and out based on work schedules and degree of exhaustion lol but I’m right here with you on this journey cause I’m doing the same thing and I can honestly tell you that everything that you said hundred 100 hundred is the same with me I am moving more which makes me happier which makes me more Into positive things in my life I’m back to waking up and thinking the Lord for the day and enjoying my prayer time and reading the Bible again and even if it’s not things like reading the Bible, just things that are good for me body and soul. If you need help with protein, premiere protein has a caffe latte shake that has 30 grams of protein per 11 fl oz and is delicious! You can mix it with normal coffee and not even notice any protein taste. It is like having a ✨fancy expensive latte ✨ but with only 1 gram of sugar and is only 140 calories.

Girl, the tailbone situation 😅😅 I totally relate. I found out a couple months ago, it’s arthritis 😅 see a specialist (I literally can’t remember the type of specialist) but they’re out there!! Like a Orthopedic specialist or sum

well relieved that I don’t feel like a crazy person anymore. He recommended pain management, physical therapy. But what really helped me so far is getting the seat cushion with the little cut out for where my tail bone would hit when I sit. And knowing that there isn’t anything wrong that’s fixable kinda sucks, but this whole time for years I was convinced something was wrong with like a fracture or something.
We don't jump!😂 Lol literally me. My knees are bad girl.
I want to start Pilates. Only issue is the closest studio to me is like 40min away 🙃. I do some classes on the Peloton app but it’s not the same without the machine.

I stopped briefly after that then dropped back to the lowest dose and and started over
@@sarahhhrae I see. Hope it has been going better for you this time around! I was 2.5mg for 4 weeks and I'm now 5mg for the past 4 weeks. So far so good as far as side affects. Crazy how it affects everyone so differently.

What is a good beginner pilates class?
I always use rotisserie chicken meat to make easy enchiladas! Shred it, throw in a can of enchilada sauce, add cheese and bake in tortillas

They’re from Fair Life, I use the Core Power ones that are like 42 grams of protein.. they’re all good though
