That's true, but kai escaped the spirit realm using both Tai Lung and Oogways chi combined, and he couldn't use there abilities in the mortal realm because without there chi he wouldn't be able to stay inside the actual mortal realm.

Kai is actually around low Muit and 4d level because he has the power if escaping the spirit realm and to escape the spirit realm u need to overpower it and if we take that logic with the spirit realm being inf in size it means Kai over powered a dimension and if you don’t believe in the spirit realm logic Kai still scales at least to low universal or high galaxy since with just turtle master chi he can be planetary because master turtles chi was strong enough to make a sheid big enough to save earth from a meteor and the size of the sheid was big than earth which well around the power of 60-80million tons of tnt
Yeah didn't include this cause it's invalid. Kai used oogway's chi who is complex multi to escape, then kai was forced to use both tai lung and oogway's chi to even be able to remain in the mortal realm. Therefore he isn't scaled to that
Kai absorb Oogway chi therefor scaling above Oogway since there are statements that said that Kai turned the realm green which changing the color means you have the stronger chi from a guidebook for the third movie.@@Algoraxx

Tai lung is the strongest fighter without chi.
He effortlessly took down the furious five, defeated shifu and even po without any rest all while he was trapped for 20 years lifting boulders.
If he was taught chi properly he would likely beat Kai himself.
