नीतू जी आप बहुत अच्छा कर रही हैं जो भारतीय स्वाद का खाना भी यूट्यूब पर डाल रही हैं, बहुत सालों से मैं महसूस कर रही थी कि भारत के लोग विदेशी खानों की तरफ इतने आकर्षित हो चुके हैं कि अपना स्वाद बदल दिए हैं, विदेशी खाने वहां के मौसम केअनुसार बनाया जाता है, वहां के लोग जल्दी जल्दी वाला खाना बनाना ज्यादा पसंद करते हैं, क्योंकि उनको घर से ज्यादा बाहर रहने अच्छा लगता है, होटलों और रेस्टोरेंट का कल्चर वहीं से भारत आया है । ये हमारे खर्च को बहुत बड़ा चुके हैं , हमारे शौक को इतना खर्चीला बना चुके हैं कि हम सिर्फ घूमना, फिरना, फिल्में देखना, शॉपिंग करना, पार्लर जाना, लोगों की देखा देखी करना, बस यही जिंदगी जीना सीख चुके हैं।
आजकल मांस तो लोग यैसे खाते हैं जैसे किसी जीव के जान से कोई मतलब नहीं, बस जीभ को स्वादिष्ट खाना जरूर मिले, चाहे किसी की जान लेनी पड़े, उसमें भी लोग leg piece, वो piece , ये piece की डिमांड करते हैं।
कोई हमारे बच्चे को मार दे तो हमें बर्बदस्त नहीं होता, पर मुर्गी तो बस स्वाद के लिए बनी है।
