The cost of the R&D to manufacture this would have been huge. To think every single part you see has been 3D modeled and CNC machined an there are thousands of them. Very well thought out. This has been built by a large manufacturer no doubt. I wish them well in these economic times.
Wonder if they make a service truck to come out to your site and repair the leaks in the hydraulic hoses and service the tracks and deliver new attachments?
Hello Oliver, This is exactly the model I dreamed of making, but I never had the time. I wanted to make the demolition arm and the earthmoving arm. And especially the enlarged chassis. Is this one under study.....and how much should be counted for the whole. 👏👏👏👍
This machine of this version is good but it is not affordable with the price of the extended arm we can buy 4 of this model truck, (XDRC 1/14 Hydraulic Articulated Truck)
You could at least go to a jobsite and record the real thing. Really impressive toy but if you have been around these on job sites this sounds really stupid........
This hobby is over the top .everything is over priced and your average person won't spend thousands and thousands of dollars on a RC vehicle. IF YOUR SPENDING MORE MONEY ON A TOY THEN YOUR MORTGAGE PAYMENT something is wrong .the person reviewing it has 100,000 dollars worth of RC vehicles on the wall behind him .he didn't pay for it the companies send it ti him for free to review. If he did pay for it he must make a hell of alot of money .if he's that rich buy the real machines .you can get a used excavator for 10 grand .a real one ...make this hobby more affordable for people .I'm not talking about plastic junk they sell .no reason these should cost thousands of dollars.
The biggest turn off on machines like this and other RC toys are the sound system .. it's SO horrible it's absolutely insane to listen to .. i'd rather be without and would never ever ever ever buy an RC toy with such crappy sound.. rather be without.. cool machine though
