Sam! What's with the protein powder? What kind of food is that? Does it grow? Can you go out to the garden and clip a handful of it for your omelet? Can you carry a quart of it and sit down on a stone to share it with your friends (and have them happy for it)? Eat food, not scientifically separated and enhanced imaginary food look-alike. I know muscles like that require a LOT of protein but a good roast leg of lamb or a lean burger with all the fix'ns will do that for you. How about a big plate of BBQ ribs? There's some protein for you. You show up here I'll fix em for you.

It’s just advertisement for Sassenach beverages. I find it more and more disturbing that every content with Sam Heughan is Sassenach whiskey/gin. And it’s not even labelled as ad. I know he earns his money with this brands but maybe there is more about this actor than just alcohol? Otherwise it would be very sad.
I really couldn't understand quite a lot of what they were saying. Maybe they wouldn't be able to understand me either - I'm an Aussie girl but just learnt by DNA I'm 47% Scottish, isn't that brilliant - I'm stoked!!!! Maybe they WOULD be able to understand me!! 🦘
lol 🤣..... I simply love the scottish language. Didnt understand everything at first, but as I hve seen Outlander maybe 10 times, I have learnt a lot more. Dunna fash, you will get it too...🥰..
@@Blue-rl5dp Yes I agree - it was the amount that got to me - I thought I was more Irish, but it seems I have Scot on both sides, and didn't know it. The amount of Welsh surprised me too, so I'll have to do more searching. 🙃🦘
@@tomazzo3627 I like the sound of it too. I have watched Outlander about 8 times as well, just waiting for S7. Was interested in learning Gaelic, but I'm afraid that's beyond me - can't get my mouth and tongue and throat around those throaty sounds, I'll just listen to it. 🙃🦘

Being Aussie, if you aren't native then the bets that you are Scots, Irish, or English are pretty darned good.
