Come across this band today. I'm already a fan. I'm a 46 year old young at heart alternative music fan. This band have given me hope for the British indie scene, I only wish bands could crossover like the days of the old charts and TV music programmes, where music not mainstream could become household names. This a great young band, I'm already spreading the word. Looking forward to seeing more from them....
These would have fitted right in amongst the indie scene if the early-mid 90s (Carter, EMF, Jesus Jones, PWEI etc) I'm a similar age to you and agree, this has also given me bit of hope for modern music..... although I do like Ist Ist, Shame, Liines, Fontaine, Eagulls and they aren't ancient....
Just heard this as incidental background music on a BBC drama. Shazammed it and here I am playing it over & over. I got a new fave.! Unfortunately it's unique music in 2019. The similarities to the many post punk industrialists that others have mentioned is bang-on. This is what they'll have to be playing in my old folks home when I get condemned.... It'll be happenin' soon enough.
How depressing. I scrolled down here to leave a comment on how these guys remind me of the Weathermen, or early Renegade Soundwave, and I found the comment section already littered with comments from other geezers comparing these guys to a Split Second, Fad Gadget, Cabaret Voltaire, and other bands no one has ever heard of. Dammit! And I thought I had the "hip old guy" thing on lock!
Such a wonderful band! Like it very much, a lot of 80s references! .... and "A Split Second - Rigor Mortis" sending the regards.... kkkkkk. Joke aside, I really love the sound! From New Romantics up to Belgium EBM references. Niiiiice!!!!
Yes mate .. another gem brought to my attention via radio 6, love it! I was cleaning my flat and this was on in the background, had to run to take a photo of the tv with the trackname on screen before it finished, 100% ear pricker 😮

Funny, this just happened to me!!
Kraftwerk or Underworld wannabes
The vocals of Mark e Smith with the rhythm of a split seconds 'rigor mortis' bloody good 😃
Radio 6 Music gave me another banger 👍
This is great, sounds like a darker take on LCD soundsystem's dance rock vibe
Sounds like a cross between caberet volataire, human league(original) the fall with a little world of twist thrown in, excellent. 👍
and 90's Wire
And Front 242
And GOOSE !
@@ardmichielsen2977 Tyranny (For You) era
so basically LCD Soundsystem
Retro sound and vocal.
Tis great to hear!
Keep it up…
been obsessed since I saw it live for the first time, such a pounding track

The mini serie GUILT brought me here. Such a good song !
Agree with Ant S and would add Fad Gadget, New Order (Technique era) to the possible list of influences 👍
Hopefully gigs will appear (near Huddersfield) soon. This band is brilliant !

WOOOOOOWWWWW!!!!!!
A wee bit Renegade Soundwave to my ears with a bit of Front 242 thrown in for good measure
Can definitely hear some Influences from front 242, a little ministry and maybe a little pretty hate machine nine inch nails.
Just excellent - I needed that.
