Any idea on how to remove Riser 2A and replace with 2B? It seems the metal of the case itself physically prevents this? My goal is to install a full height PCIe card.

please can you advice me how to install 3 * 64 GB in its slots with 1 processor or if there're 2 processors ???!

If you have only one processor, then install DIMMs (and the processor) only on the "A" side, not the "B" side.
If you have less than a full complement of DIMMs, then install them in numerical order. E.g., if you have only one processor and only one DIMM then the DIMM should be in slot A1.
If the system freezes while or just after "configuring memory," then power it off and remove all except one DIMM per processor (A1 and B1, of you have two CPUs). Then boot it past the point where it got stuck, and then hold in the power button to force it off. Gradually add back the memory, a couple of sticks at a time, until you get to the full complement. (Note: this problem is less likely with recent BIOS versions.)

Did you buy your processors from Dell or off the shelf? I'm looking at an upgrade and Dell charges 50% more than if I buy from Intel or CDW.

We get most of our equipment from dell partners. In this case it was www.serverworlds.com

So if you just have 1 proc can you leave it at 3 Ram slots?

If you have 1 processor installed, you can only populate the 12 memory slots that are tied back to CPU1.
