They come from the well-known Moonlight Sonata 1st movement, Beethoven. It's even the same arpeggio, but the order of the notes is changed, and a new beautiful melody is added. He really changed Beethoven's piece into his own.

"Because" is always such an interesting song to listen to before we transition into the Abbey Road Medley. Great job capturing the magic of the original song!

I know this isn't a game song but I sort of feel like his voice captures everything relaxing about a SNES sound chip in this video. I didn't know it but this was what I needed to hear today.

His setup seems to have the exact reverb needed for the Super NES echoing effect too, it's beautiful
because he basically samples his voice and edits it like an instrument similarly to how it's done on SNES (which is playback of recorded bits of audio), it's not a live recording like the video suggests
