I actually think the bad video & audio is part of the point. If you are relying on audio and video alone, you will lose out on quality info, if it records poorly. That’s why it’s critical to have an assistant moderator who takes copious notes also.

Get a professional videographer or something next time! The audio and camera work is horrifying!
