Not many left! I owned a 1990 750, I bought from a local guy that went into the Army and his father was handling the sale. The motorcycle only had 652 miles on it when I bought it. I only tooled around with it and sold it with 5,200 miles on it. Kind of with I never sold it. I had installed myself a Yoshi stainless steel duplex pipe with a carbon can. Carbs were jetted and individual k&n filters. Also installed an ignition advancer, tinted wind screen, and tail block off section. Yes I miss it, looked nice but hard on my wrists while riding. But only complaint.

What a huge leap that bike made. The Yamaha FZ750 wasn't able to reign it in. I had one for my maiden visit to Roebling Road in March of '86. Scott Russell and Paul Bray were there. It was my first wedding anniversary too! She knew what she was getting into. What a joy it was to race. I could keep the throttle pinned from Turn 7 to the end of the front straight.

Theres a guy in NZ, he has a channel here on YT, with a Brand new 85 750 and a brand new 86 1100. He searched the world and found two zero miles bikes in a collection in Europe somewhere, and had them imported to NZ. He's changed the tyres, and fluids but everything else looks exactly like they did when they rolled off the factory assembly line.

Wow a beautiful survivor. A buddy of mine road from California to New Jersey and back to California on one about 6 years ago. He said other than the heat from the air/oil cooled motor frying him in traffic, he loved the trip! Fond memories for me as I was 19 when this bike came out. I learned how to tune mine and turned it into a cottage industry, tuning slab-sides in my dads garage. Made a lot of money at a young age working on these bikes. Thanks for sharing👍🏼
