Nice unit, 'bout time somebody built a truck to fit a big guy. I'm a bit over 6'6" and 218lbs with a size 13.5 shoe, the wider cab is great, but for a taller guy the legroom is what really makes the difference. To this point the most roomy cab is a Western Star 49X, this 589 looks like it's at least as roomy as the Star.

We just had a guy ask if we could do a 10” on a Western Star. This cab is way bigger. Both trucks were side by side and he is ordering a new 589 short hood from us. Building a dump truck. We won’t be doing any Western Star cabs.

The 589 cab looks like CRAP ! And no more 389's being made. Real swift move PACCAR. Thank GOD for the W~9 KW !
