Yes! Fun ideas!
Yes! With virus I think all day fun for Halloween would be terrific idea for kiddos. Especially with probably no trick or treating. When my kids were younger we played games a lot for Halloween! A few of there favorites were passing a small pumpkin around while sitting in a circle with creepy music on then stopping music. Whoever was holding pumpkin was out then continue until only 2 left. I’d also put water in ice chest and dye purple. I’d then put apples and few spiders to let them bob for apples. We’d also tie string (tie across high on tree so no one runs into it) from one tree to next and have small donuts hanging off of string and see who could eat there donut the fastest with there hands behind there back. I’d also buy purple and black felt and glue to a cardboard box and leave opening at top to put prizes in I’d get for $1 at DT, Target etc. I’d let little kids decorate the box with spiders, bugs, stickers etc. The kids loved getting a prize out after winning game. Pinterest is full of fun things for all ages. Just an idea. Love your videos!
Totally love them!! It’s like Christmas when you open decor boxes! Can’t wait to see what my box has.. I am pretty sure I picked up some clearance finds last year!!! 🙌🏼

My husband does a whole graveyard of our front yard. On Halloween night he runs a fog machine across the lawn.He gets a lot of compliments. It’s his pride a joy. I swear people come from far and wide to see what he does.

I love Halloween! Its my second favorite holiday. It’s so much fun. When my kids were younger, we had an annual party at our house outdoors. We had trick or treating in the woods behind our house, a hayride, games, bonfire, and tons of food. We made a lot of good memories ❤️. I always decorate very tastefully for Halloween.
I do go all out for all holidays. I have shower curtains for all the holidays from Halloween to Christmas and st Patrick’s day and so on. I put lights on inside and out and the neighbors seem to enjoy it. I have people pass by every year and especially this year it’s nice to make people smile with some festive decor. Enjoy the day.

I like the whole idea of Halloween Day, decorating and dressing up. Just a suggestion. A candy hunt? Sort of like an Easter Egg hunt in case there isn't any trick or treating?

We used to really do it up outside until we moved. We had so many kids hanging around our house on Halloween night because they loved the decorations. We had many aminated creatures, and a few who were real ;-0, lots of spookiness, and it made for a very fun night. :-) I would always make chili on Halloween night. We ended up moving and our new place has no trick or treaters, unfortunately, but I love where we moved so I' m okay with it, but I do miss it when Halloween rolls around. I do put a few things out, but I mainly decorate for fall. I like that I can continue fall decor all they way through Thanksgiving weekend when I can begin decorating for Christmas! Thanks for your awesome videos!

You know that saying, "It's not what you said, but how you said it."? That was so applicable to something you said early on in today's video. I almost did a spit-take when I heard you say, very matter of factly, "and these are shrunken heads." It just cracked me up. Thanks for that... I really needed it. As far as the kids doing Halloween decorations? Awesome idea! And making Halloween an all-day event is a wonderful idea, too.

Lovely tiered tray! Very spooky. We decorate our front window for the 31st, for when the kids are trick or treating. It’s not a huge thing in Australia. Our street enjoy Halloween. The kids love it.

Hi Crystal! Love your Halloween decor! I took the red and white string off the little Target potion bottles and tied some jute string around them instead. They look great with the jute string.
I think this year sense we all pretty much home for everything doing for kids is great. I know i have put more into my decor trying make it more warm and cozy . Connie from va

That was a fun video. I love the outtakes at the end. Some spider webs drapped down one side of the tier tray would look awesome. Maybe with little spiders on it.

Ah Crystal.... the skeleton! I think it was from Party City. I loved this! The black and white footage, the music, the bloopers! So fun!I You know I do some Halloween decorating.... kitchen, tier tray, entryway and mantel. No kiddos at home but it’s fun to do something creative and different. I do put Fall back up for Thanksgiving though as it would be kind of a weird Thanksgiving if I didn’t! 😂
🤣🤣 your so funny, "she's finally done" that is what I say about my neighbor, he mows his yard every other day crazy right. ??? It has to be perfect, and it makes us look awful we mow 1x a week so yes it is off kiltered and not perfect.
But yes my kids are older now but they love when I take decor out to decorate. They have helped put things up all the time and every holiday. We make a day to enjoy and make memories.
I have to say Holloween and Christmas is a must do all out holiday. Christmas is a given and Oct is my son 23rd and 1 of my daughters 29th birthdays.
So I say make those memories count and have a blast doing it.

Halloween is our favorite!! My husband decorates the yard. All the kids love it. I myself like more of the black and white decor this year. Black and white pumpkins and cute witches. 🎃👻 My boys want to buy costumes so bad.

I love my fall decor so much but this year I think I'm going to take some down and decorate for Halloween now. For the same reason, my kids love Halloween and the spooky stuff.
I really don’t decorate much for Halloween I did a little bit when the kids were younger maybe when I have grandkids I’ll do it again but I just keep my fall stuff up and then for Thanksgiving add some turkeys and things but that’s it but I like all of your ideas and all of your stuff that you found and the kids decorate is a great idea I think it’ll be fun and cute for them🤗

You should put the child’s name and the year on the back of those handmade creations, like the ghost. You will be glad you did and the children will thank you in years to come. 💝

Cute tiered tray. I am with you. Not a big Halloween fan. I always decorated for my kids. They loved Halloween. I only have my 20 yr old daughter at home now and her favorite holiday is ... Halloween so...I will be a nice Mom and decorate just for her, lol.

We do go all out for Fall/Halloween. I used to do very scary for my boys when they lived at home. They have always loved all things spooky. But then when we started having grandchildren and the granddaughter was a bit afraid of certain things, I've toned it down and gotten rid of so much. I love to decorate with black crows and that is sort of the theme throughout my home. Not scary but spooky to me. We do what we do for our children and grandchildren. And my husband and I get a kick out of it too.

My husband goes all out for Halloween, decorates the entire front yard. It’s his favorite holiday. He has more Halloween decor than I do for Christmas. 😀. We’re not sure what we’ll do this year. Our county is still just in Phase 1 here in Portland, Or. So maybe will just do a little decorating & have some candy for kids to pick off a table outside or something. ??? I love the tiered tray. Looks like I’m going to have to make a target run too.

I love, love your Halloween decor!!!!!! The music and changing to black and white is genius. I am definitely going to tell my daughter in law about the Target dollar for decor. My hubby and I are retired and he thinks decorating for Halloween is too much ( he’s 75), I would decorate in a heartbeat after seeing yours. You know I love Halloween. 🧡 I’m an October baby so every year I seem to get more Halloween decorations I picked up a 5ft skeleton this year for my sunroom lol, it brings me joy and my girls always look forward to decorating with me. Hi Crystal, love the decorations. Very cute. I keep my decorated tier tray on a lazy susan so we can spin it around and enjoy all of the sides. We(really me) decorate almost all over the house and outside. I enjoy it, even though the kids are in their teens and twenties. I love this time of year.😊🦇🧡🎃🍁👻🍂🍭🍬❤️

Your tray looks great. I was glad to see how you used the tiny Target potion bottles. I only found four in my stores they were cleaned out fast. TFS,Cheryl
