To be fair to Craig he has had major hip surgery and still suffers pain so it was a fabulous routine . If Len is scoring from heaven it's gotta be a seven .
I agree with what you say about Craig being hindered because of the surgery but compared to the other judges routines Craig’s was just a lot posturing. But the routine with all four judges as a whole was really enjoyable.
Craig gets a 1, the rest get a 10.

She’s still got it. Her American son, Mark Ballas, has won the trophy on the USA 🇺🇸 version, Dancing With the Stars several times. She and her ex taught him well. She still has great legs too.
She was phenomenal in the 80's, her and Corky. Their jive is something to behold.
It’s good to see the judges actually doing some work! And so good to see Anton back where he belongs!
The judges work hard and literally dance in every series at least onces! And Anton belongs on the judging panel !
Anton really stood out like he'd never been away , ok he's stopped dancing last yr on here at least but he's sooooooooo polished

Craig's 'Padam' routine reminded me of the 'Choreography' dance from 'White Christmas' and I loved it 😍 Also loved how much Shirley clearly enjoyed dancing with Giovanni (who wouldn't?) And great to be reminded how good a dancer Anton is. Motsi was really enjoying herself too!The whole routine was amazing! Great start to the series ❤

I could watch Shirley forever! Incredible dancer. It’s brilliant to have judges who can demonstrate the art like this, for an extended routine rather than just the odd twirl, and they’re all so different 😊 It’s just the best show.
BEFORE everyone starts judging Craig on his dancing…. Can you please let me know how you get on dancing like that, keeping up in time and hitting the ques on point with everyone else not long after a hip replacement!! Good Luck 🤞

He's rubbish 🗑 😂even before hip replacement and surgeries he's not good at all no place been a judge not up thier with the ever wonderful brilliant Shirley ballas and Anton and motsi.

For those asking the pro dancer that no one recognises dancing with Craig is Jake Leigh!
Jake has been on Strictly as a backing dancer for Blackpool & Musical Weeks since 2014 & has done the Strictly Live Tour since 2015.
He’s also helped choreograph some of the pro dances this series too.
He’s also toured with Kylie Minogue & the Spice Girls.
Jake is one of my favourite dancers, I always love watching him dance 🥰

Mots I, and Shirley rocked but Anton wow, he ROCKED, Craig was fabULous but you can see he is beginning to struggle a bit but still fantastic after his surgery. Just a great routine and yes, wow.
Was one of the best opening performances in a long time 0:26 Motsi was so good dancing like her sis Oti 1:33 Shirley was so great dancing with Carlos and Giovanni and JoJo 2:08 Craig's dance was so fun to watch and funny the face expressions 2:58 Anton's dance with Kai, Neil and Lauren was so good it felt like Anton never left the pros 4:05 the group dance at the end was so in time and good and so powerful 😊
The judges and the pros were so in time and had their own dancing techniques😊
Please please BBC can the Christmas special just be pro dances! We need to see just how special these dancers are under their own spotlight!

Everyone's saying how amazing Shirley is but I think Motsi rocked it even more!
Motsi is a bit all over the place. Fabulous rhythm but doesn't have the finesse of Shirley. Probably why Motsi never won any championships in her time and Shirley is one of the most decorated dancers of all time. Queen of Latin
@@christopherharper4363Motsi has won a number of German championships. She danced quite well here, they have different approaches to dancing, she dances with emotion and rhythm and Shirley is very technical and clean

Craig is not a natural dancer, but, he has pzazz, Anton, superb, as always, and, obvs Shirley and Motsi showed us how they became champs.
tbf craig’s had hip replacements and still gets a lot of pain, so he did quite well considering! amazing performance from all of them🤩

Anyone find it satisfying that all the judges solos focused on what they talk about all the time?? I mean, Craig’s dance was basic but he told a story and hit the lift dismounts on point, Shirley & Motsi commanded those male pros insanely
