2021 Bob Marshall Pack Trip

This year's trip starts in Ashland, WI. We travel highway 200 across Montana, arriving at Benchmark, the trailhead. Crossing the continental divide on Stadler pass, we arrive at Basin Creek. The next day we are off to Big Prairie to volunteer with the US Forest Service.
Our duties include:
Building a new corral.
Packing stuff to and from Hahn Creek Cabin.
Repairing the door to the tool shed.
Fixing the corral gate at Basin Creek Cabin.
Before dinner, we enjoy daily rides on the trails along the South Fork of the Flathead River. After ten days, we return to Benchmark over Stadler Pass. Leaving Benchmark, we safely return to Ashland, on the south shore of Lake Superior.
