I don't understand why people would even debate about this. Reshade makes the game easier just because of the fact that you can see better with some filters. Meaning, an advantage to users. Period.
It's always going to be unfair in that respect because not only do many players have colorblindness, but also even among people who aren't colorblind, we perceive colors differently. There will always be advantages in that regard. Not to mention your logic would apply to people who have bought better computers/gpus, pay for better network connection, have better audio setups, etc. Heck, even OLED screens would give you a better advantage based on your exact logic.
