I don't know how they always rely on AI, upscaling or whatever the hell they're making nowadays, but I've been coding since 2011 and this doesn't make any sense because they can just make it run. Make a more beefier graphics card and make everything run native but they just don't want to

Moore‘s Law and it costs significantly more to squeeze out more of the hardware so they just rely more on software. The problem is the ChatGPT hype which got companies to believe they all need a multi million dollar AI server rack to not fall behind
Yh but i think the reason why is because they would probably have to stuff these cards with alow more raw power and/or beef up how much power they draw, sp they're probably using ai as a good alternative so that it can be more affordable

You aren't accounting for the new GDDR7 RAM which has almost twice the bandwidth as GDDR6 which has been in nvidia cards since the 20 series. It will make a huge difference. For example, 12GB GDDR7 will be comparable to 18GB GDDR6, so I could believe that a 5070 Ti could possibly come close or similar to a 4090 raw fps but I'll wait for the benchmarks before buying anything.
@@gabrieleaster I should disclose that I was being facetious, as it doesn’t seem obvious given the replies. This is just more fakery and razzle dazzle from Nvidia, as usual, when it comes to "benchmarks" Blatantly claiming it has the same performance as the 4090 is essentially saying they think the majority of people are stupid. GDDR7 offer increased bandwidth compared to GDDR6, but memory bandwidth alone doesn’t dictate overall GPU performance and it doesn't compensate for other architectural and hardware differences. Simply upgrading from GDDR6 to GDDR7 won’t make a 5070 Ti comparable to an RTX 4090, which has significantly more CUDA cores, computational power, and 24GB of RAM. Also, it’s highly doubtful that 12GB of GDDR7 could perform like 18GB of GDDR6. Expecting a 5070 Ti to approach the raw FPS of a 4090 is completely unrealistic. Overall pricing isn't as much of a disaster, as they probably changed it at the last minute after the "the leak" aka testing the waters, but overall still lacklustre.
Guess it cements 1440 as the go to for now, a decent tv or monitor to play games at 4k is still pretty silly on a normal budget, (you get far more performance spending on cpu ram mboard storage etc for your cash). Lets face it, playing at a desk you aren't any further than 50cms from the screen anyways. Was nice they didn't go mad and make the gpu 2500$ but in reality in the uk you can essentially change the $ to £. Crazy money, the price of the top line gpu is the same as an entire build of top line base unit including any case you fancy.

So in terms of raster performance, the 5090 is only about 30% faster than a 4090... judging by the Far Cry 6 chart... ouch... especially considering the power draw. Although the 32GB and dual slot design makes it worth it I guess.
5080 is so bad deal LMAO, same bus speed as 5070 ti, same VRAM and only 2k more cores and slightly higher clock speed. What a way to destroy the 80 series lmao

I bought the 4080 its great but its simply a 70 series at a huge premium. If we stay positive then itll become acceptable and its not.

@anitaremenarova6662 well if we say that rtx 5070 at 549$ reach 4080 in raw performance , rx 9070 xt with 16gb which performance is the same ad rtx 4070 ti, the price should be lower than 500$ which is good for us but not for amd
In large part due to Intel Constantly fucking up, as horrible as Nvidia has been lately with their prices, doubt they will fuck on to level what Intel did
Maybe they fear amd this generation. Whenever nvidia fears amd they dont take chances. In the gtx 900 days they thought furyx was going to be great so they dropped a 980ti with aggressive pricing. It seems that while the cards are about 25% more powerful, likely much bigger watts, and the real gains are optimisation of software, not bare grunt.. @anitaremenarova6662 Extra smoothness when you already have 70-80fps is always welcomed. But personally, I would like my frametime to be less than 9ms, then enable frame generation and DLSS 4 will improve image and motion quality, so I would probably enable when I have 17-20ms
If the 5070 is 4090 equivalent with MFG then it’s not very good at all and not worth it as the 4090 couldn’t do cyberpunk over 60 fps with 4K raytracing pathtracing so why bother you may as well buy 4070 super TI at same price as 5070 which can do cyberpunk 4K 80 fps with ultra raytracing diss quality like mine.
3070 Ti laptop looks like a peasant now why it doesn’t even get enhanced dlss why ???
You buy rtx 5090 for photorealistic games. You get: "look, it can drive a car!" WTF?
Guess it cements 1440 as the go to for now, a decent tv or monitor to play games at 4k is still pretty silly on a normal budget, (you get far more performance spending on cpu ram mboard storage etc for your cash). Lets face it, playing at a desk you aren't any further than 50cms from the screen anyways. Was nice they didn't go mad and make the gpu 2500$ but in reality in the uk you can essentially change the $ to £. Crazy money, the price of the top line gpu is the same as an entire build of top line base unit including any case you fancy.
Lizard-embossed leather jackets are expensive.😆
This guy is out of the loop on A.i. Robots that use A.i are already in use, since 2022, from hospitals to storage management, robots have taken jobs from people. I know because of my job, so I get inside knowledge, people are fucked, if you don't have a skill in the future you will struggle.
They bringing down prices probably because of possible Tariffs coming in the future.
The prices, I'm actually surprised 😂😂😂
50 series seems amazing
up to 5080 thats some solid price , not gonna upgrade tho but still wow
So in terms of raster performance, the 5090 is only about 30% faster than a 4090... judging by the Far Cry 6 chart... ouch... especially considering the power draw.
Although the 32GB and dual slot design makes it worth it I guess.
the 5070 Ti Super is going to be alright if they put it at 20GB
Im probably gonna grab the 5070 ti .. do you think it's as good as the 4080 super?
@igotthejuice2090 nope
@@dragonmares59110 is the 5080 as good as the 4080 super ?
Navidia? lol. I think I'm more excited for the AMD APUs. 4060/4070 Performance from an APU? Yeah. Im down.
5080 is so bad deal LMAO, same bus speed as 5070 ti, same VRAM and only 2k more cores and slightly higher clock speed. What a way to destroy the 80 series lmao
They are using the 80 series to make 90 series look impressive and make 70 series look good value
They need more info on neural rendering bruh
are we really forgeting as 256 bit card until the 4080 was a 70 series card. they just moved the stacks. the 5080 is what the 5070 would have been if it had competition and it doesnt so its ok to charge 1 thousand uk pounds for the card. I bought the 4080 its great but its simply a 70 series at a huge premium. If we stay positive then itll become acceptable and its not.
Thanks for the coverage but, as someone who never watched a presentation like this before, I think this will be my last. That was unbearable and dystopian.
this is really mind blowing . AMD is in real danger
5070 for 549 is a great deal holy sh
Its just faster than 4070 by 10-20% idk + 5070 doesn't meet 4090 performance on native its just if you turn on dlss and fg
Still only 12GB, performance will be hardly better than 4070S so tough sell regardless
Youre fooled! Jensen, over here! This fool wants more fake frames!
@@Itzdru.xd_ So by other words I can keep my ASUS Dual OC 4070 super which is roughly 15-18% faster than 4070.
@Itzdru.xd_ 20% over predecessor is still huge, lol.
So they copy Lossless Scaling LSFG X2/x3 Mode and call it Multi Frame Generation.
Guys i just bought rtx 4070
Am i cooked ?
nah good card, equal to my 3080ti and will serve u well at least 3 years more :)
No 5070 is just 10-20% faster native
If you got it at full price then yeah, 4070 super exists
@@anitaremenarova6662
4070 super is 100 dollar more expensive than 4070 in my country
Me who's buying 6750xt because that's the best I can get for my budget to play random 1080p Ultra
2k my a.. it will be sold so quick the price will skyrocket to like 3k
What sounds “Too good to be true” well.....I'm sure we will see that soon enough.
If taken at face value, it does quite literally mean that there will be a digital version of you in that digital world, your every step recorded...
im impressed because rx 9070 xt supposed to be leaked at performance of 4080 and maybe price of 499 , but looks like rtx 5070 will achieve more than rtx 4080 , not actually 4090 but its still very good price of 549$ with better ai things.
Nope, 4090 performance only with all the gimmicks turned on, raw raster will be 4070ti at best
Youre fooled! Jensen, over here! This fool wants more fake frames!
@anitaremenarova6662 well if we say that rtx 5070 at 549$ reach 4080 in raw performance , rx 9070 xt with 16gb which performance is the same ad rtx 4070 ti, the price should be lower than 500$ which is good for us but not for amd
@anitaremenarova6662 i mean amd gpu ceo said that he want market share so its time for lower prices right?
@MarianPV20 It won't, not even close. 9070XT clears easily but it will get slaughtered by 5070ti
4070 ti super vs 5070 ti is what i am more excited for
2000$ for a 5090 is insane. They should have kept that at the 1599$ price
Especially since the 5090 is the same 4nm die as the 4090 just with higher clocks, gddr7 memory and higher power draw. What a clownfiesta.
"Amd will always play catchup" So they said about Intel-AMD too.
In large part due to Intel Constantly fucking up, as horrible as Nvidia has been lately with their prices, doubt they will fuck on to level what Intel did
@thesilentassassin1167 never say never. Anything can happen. We'll see how its gonna turn out in a couple of years
Wow, even more fake frames for even more lazier devs and even more less optimization.
Maybe they fear amd this generation. Whenever nvidia fears amd they dont take chances. In the gtx 900 days they thought furyx was going to be great so they dropped a 980ti with aggressive pricing. Same with polaris. Even if amd does not do great, the point is they behave like this out of fear typically.
I like at the expo .. you guys with your 10k machines.. Who are they marketing to here? As a married man.. floating a 4k machine past my missus usually means sleeping alone and cold shoulder treatment for at least a month. People who play games on a decent rig.. drug-dealers? which kid at 12-20 can afford a 10k machine? Which kid 12-70 can afford a 10k machine? It seems that while the cards are about 25% more powerful, likely much bigger watts, and the real gains are optimisation of software, not bare grunt.. Can play 1440 at max with a 3-400$ card right now.. any reason to go 4k and spend outrageous money just to get 100 fps? (most of which is software upscaling?) NOPE
Nvidia pushing hard to end humanity as soon as possible.
Don't be fooled by those msrps, the real price is going to be msrp + 200-500
Amazing thumbnail gamer
I can't give you the game, but I can get you an extrapolation of an interpolation of the game
ILL BUILD MY OWN GPU+CPU COMBO CHIP
Bro wtf is wrong with nvidia people, their videos on ces are so damn loud, and jensen's voice are so low, i have to manually adjusting volume on my phone every time they play a damn video.
Those thumbnails have to stop. Almost makes me want to cancel my UA-cam.
Lord of the gpus?
I'll stick with LSFG thx
Vex,why don't you try to get some infos about the connectors,4090 had melting problems for alot of people,to pay 2000$ for a card that is not secured....
5070 with 4090 perf with frame gen stuff 100% 😂
ALL WE WANT IS 4k NATIVE
5070 = 4090 Performance | 3060 Quality frfr
Can't wait for some dude on the Internet saying that DLSS 4 will be irrelevant
It always is, raw raster is what matters when measuring performance cause gimmicks are rarely there
@anitaremenarova6662 keep staying in the past. People used to saying DLSS upscaler will be irrelevant. Now they're even better than Native edit.1 with TAA.
Keep coping about rasterization whilst the industry is moving towards Lumen and Path tracing.
@anitaremenarova6662 Extra smoothness when you already have 70-80fps is always welcomed.
But personally, I would like my frametime to be less than 9ms, then enable frame generation and DLSS 4 will improve image and motion quality, so I would probably enable when I have 17-20ms

@anitaremenarova6662 That thing prob will be like 400 usd max now😂
AMD is also Nvidia they are like family but nvidia stays ahead
If the 5070 is 4090 equivalent with MFG then it’s not very good at all and not worth it as the 4090 couldn’t do cyberpunk over 60 fps with 4K raytracing pathtracing so why bother you may as well buy 4070 super TI at same price as 5070 which can do cyberpunk 4K 80 fps with ultra raytracing diss quality like mine. Surely?
Not sure about fart cry
rtx5080 im rdy baby... 🤟🤟🤟
all of the price leaks were off by a whole lot man...RTX 5080 seems like the sweet spot
5070ti more like, now with the price drop there's even less reason to get the 5080

Bro said he likes driving and doesn't want this freedom taken by autonomous driving. Why do people always say this? Why don't you work as a truck driver then, or ups, or uber? You could be driving all day long. Believe me, it's not that fun to drive all day everyday, it's so much stress dealing with half conscious drivers all the time.
You don't have freedom as a trucker though

I mean, it's not like modern gaming even has good games worth splurging big loads of money onto them. Unless you want top tier features or resolution - most good games work on decent PCs and vast majority of modern AAA games are endless remakes/reboots and sequels. So outside of AAs and indies or old AAAs here and there - gaming is dead as an innovative entertainment form. Most popular games are still games from over a decade ago running on potatoes, because structural quality is what defined them, not hardware.
I still rock a 1050Ti, was planning to upgrade to 6700XT with 5600 and 1080p 144hz monitor, but due to lack of time for real life responsibilities I don't even play games anymore, just follow tech news
