I wish i could exclude event tracks, like war declarations, marriage ceremonies, feasts etc...
1. Disable all songs.
2. Enable the one with "Heja-eh-ova-hej!".
3. Play as Hästein.

That's very cool, and I cannot express how glad I am that Paradox finally listened to community feedback on a number of issues. As CK II being my favorite game of all time, I now feel myself as a target audience again - and it reminds me a lot of the good old times when every DLC of CKII changed the game completely) All in all - keep up the good work Paradox!
we still need the secret society, chinese dynasty, south eastern asian empires, etc. But I can feel that it's coming...

Same.. Finally after all this time CK3 feels like the sequel CK2 deserved. Still quite a lot is missing but there is hope.
This DLC and patch that comes with it seems insane. Hype is back on the menu!

Character of the week system is a fantastic idea, having more systems and menus that help guide you into CK3 will be huge
I'm actually finding myself looking the most forward to the Vassal Directive feature! FINALLY no more stupid in-fighting over random counties by my family members when there's other work to be done (converting, playing tall, etc.). THANK YOU!

The vassal directives are actually going to be pretty op if you say combine it with Wards and Wardens and go to university and grab one of the professors. Make them a vassal order them to convert a realm if they convert to their culture theoretical you could hybridize with some op cultures way easier if pulled off correctly. More consistent ways to grab norse and greek MaA is always a plus.
I like that actually. It's a powerful tool for min-maxing your culture but is also very meta so it's super optional to do.
@@Kimbie Yes, I like it too and going to probably abuse it myself 🤣 I was just trying to point out how this mechanic can be powerful if you acquire vassals of different cultures frequently.

Vassals joining liege wars should be a thing especially if you take the time to be friends and bail them out, and being able to help your vassals in there wars to expand the lands they have besides going to war alone and peasant uprising
To balance it out it should only be vassals that love their liege, or are allied to them. Although maybe there're other ways to balance it out cause I can't imagine how that would go with the Byzantine's and Seljuk war in 1066.

I love the increasing depth but please bear in mind the ability to play at speed for multiplayer games running at 3 speed or 2 speed
dunno if you guys are reading these comments but a small suggestion, please add banning culture conversion as a vassal directive or some other method of control, sometimes I want to create a hybrid culture but dont want all of france to be norman yknow
I'm assuming you mean like you wanna hybridize with French but not have your whole kingdom turn to the hybrid culture. Yeah that would be great
@@Darthwgamer yeah I want to stop vassals from culture converting because otherwise they have no chill and will convert and entire kingdom
Getting vassals to be able to convert faith/culture is a huge improvement

1 addition to the game would be for us or our allies to simply lend us troops and men-at-arms because I'd like to micromanage somewhere else and not the armies.
Just simply give some of my troops to my allies,let them rally in their rally point,and same goes for A.I,with less prestige rewards.
and miss out on the loot and glory ? I doubt anyone would just lend you troops
Alternatively you could just give your commander autonomous control and have the army thus be AI controlled, which would, i think, be a vit more realistic

This is a fantastic patch and also dlc. I’ve not bought a few of the previous ones as I felt value for money wasn’t there but this one looks fantastic excellent job development team!

Will there be any features released soon after the release of Roads to Power, like what you did with the POI system after T&T?
There is a small event pack for adventurers coming out after Roads of Power, but they haven't announced anything else.

Maybe mention roads to power somewhere so people can find it when searching roads to power free additions.
I really wish there was a “scorched earth” position where I can completely destroy land, and maybe no buildings would be allowed to be constructed there for 10 years, but now any potential enemies would be deterred from trying to invade. Maybe some other modifiers as well

I would love the suggested characters list to be saved ingame, so I can browse it anytime and choose someone Id like to play, like you did with The monarch journey in ck2 (only that this one in ck3 would be saved)

I hope the historical character's names change according to their religion and culture though I doubt thats the case and I get the reasonings as to why it wouldn't be something that is done, though a simple solution could just be to give these historical characters random names but still say "Hey this is that guy/gal but things are pretty different to how it was so hes/shes a bit different due to that". It'd be pretty strange for a Slavic Pagan Russian Thomas of Aquinas still be called Thomas of Aquinas, especially considering Thomas was a apostle of Christ and I doubt if Slavic pagan Russians that have taken over parts of Sicily would see a child born and come out of it being of that faith and culture named 'Thomas of Aquinas'. Though I guess this just can be fixed with mods that allow you to rename characters so no biggie I guess.
