Shot 753 right out of the box with this ball. My first 700 set. This ball is great for house shots. I already had the Coral blue Venom and it just wasnt strong enough on the fresh. So I was first in line to order the Black. Great ball for house shot bowlers.
I threw Storm/Roto for years and decided to give Motiv a chance when I dropped from 16 to 15 back in November. I've been really happy with their stuff and with them getting real user feedback from amateurs and not just the pros. Had the same experience with the Ambush on house shot and tossed it in the heavy oil/long pattern sport shot bag. I throw all Motiv stuff now and have the Ambush, Ghost, Sky Raptor(I think you'd really like that one it's just more angular than the Mythic and touch longer), Venom Shock, Ripcord Velocity, and Blue Tank. Probably will add this Black Venom, and the Primal Shock next since I'm playing more sport shot stuff these days. I have nothing against the other brands I just found Motiv fits my game and the conditions I bowl on.
Idk what it is about all black bowling balls, but most just seem to work on everything (to a point obv). I have an overseas black Idol Pearl that I’ve been using for over 2 years on nearly anything I bowl on, and it just works.
Like I always say”IF THE BALL IS BLACK ITS PROBABLY NICE OR FIRE OR GOAT STATUS especially in the hands of the BIG STROKE.But can we take a moment ladies and gentlemen can we please take a moment and appreciate that fire BLACK gray yellow jersey tho to go with the Black Venom.
Since the Proton was just discontinued *Rip to the goat*, and mine's starting to finally slow down, it's time to replace it. This looked great. Not too early, but doesn't go crazy down lane either. I like that motion a lot. Seems to blend out nicely I may consider this as my next solid asym piece.
@@hihbowling Oh the Super Nova is definitely the replacement I agree, but what my Bowlero is putting out this year for our Summer league, I think this may actually look better. It'll definitely be one of those two for sure. Storm at it again discontinuing the best stuff.

Audio levels. Pretty much recorded the whole thing too loud, that's why I sound like a robot.
