Well on dry asphalt, its pretty hard, you need higher speed, handbrake and a big steering. On wet road or gravel, you pull the handbdake in a slight turn and the rear will go. You can also drift if you just use the steering wheel, difficult to explain, but its basically steering left right and the rear will go.

Well Rwd looks a bit cooler and easier and you can drift longer distances in most cases.
