And for better grade for 16b you need to press the Alignment arrow on (Alignment group),(Text Alignment) change the Horizontal to Center Across Selection and also Vertical to Center and press Ok.
She said here 27:15 that it doesn't have it which was on top only and its the STEPS I did for yall🥰

You explain everything so well! Ive been stuck on AP 3-7 for the longest time, I have until the end of May to figure it out. For 16b I found it easier to right click the selection, click format cells, and on the horizontal drop down menu click center across selection.

I googled it and it said for 16b: cells A1:H3 and center the cells across the selection
(Right-click on the selected area and click Format Cells. Click the Alignment tab at the top of the pop-up menu. In the Alignment tab, open the Horizontal drop-down and select Center Across Selection. Click OK to finalize and the cells will appear merged.)

To center the cells A1:H3 across the section in Excel, you can use the Center Across Selection option:
1.Select the cells you want to center
2.Right-click the selected cells and click Format Cells
3.Click the Alignment tab
In the Horizontal list, click Center Across Selection
4.Click OK
