Relinquishing patterns that no longer serve you.
Letting go of people or things that are no longer an energetic match to you, therefore protecting your energy.
Only continuing with what resonates with you and your authentic self.
I don't believe in "new year resolutions", I prefer to set intentions for continued inner work to help me grow as a person to live a life that has meaning and purpose with things that motivate me and that I'm passionate about.
