    記得2006年到上海時,第一次嘗試到這美味的生煎包。不試還好一試就再也忘不了其滋味!
    小小一顆白白胖胖,內餡裡頭有不少湯汁一不小心舌頭還會被燙到呢!
    I remember when I came to Shanghai in 2006, I tried this delicious pan-fried bun for the first time. It's okay if you don't try, you will never forget the taste!
    The little one is white and fat, and there is a lot of soup in the filling, and your tongue will be burnt if you accidentally!
    雖然台灣也有不少販售生煎包的店,但其作法就是沒有老上海的味道,皮沒有煎焦香之外,內餡也沒有湯汁。終於現在在台北終於有這樣的店了!只是現場只有兩個煎鍋在製作,如果沒有電話預定,現場可是需要1小時的等待時間喔!
    Although there are many shops selling pan-fried buns in Taiwan, they do not have the taste of old Shanghai, the skin is not burnt, and there is no soup inside. Finally now there is such a shop in Taipei! It’s just that there are only two frying pans being made on site. If there is no phone booking, it will take 1 hour to wait on site!

    dumplings were cleanly prepared so the frying which are slowly, very properly & orderly arranged.
    Toasting / browning of the bottom dumpling looks perfectly so irresistable !
    From the looks of it, no wonder your food are loved by many who were patiently waiting in line.
    Hats off for more years of serving your delectable food !

    老底子上海生煎是勿会 喷汁 的。就像现在的 大壶春 生煎馒头。
