Thank you for this great tour! I'll be going on my first cruise ever (after 6 decades walking this Earth) in a couple of month on the Carnival Freedom for my daughter's wedding cruise, so this was very helpful and informative. I wasn't sure what to expect, but now I'm looking forward to it!

I would say all carnival ships are kid friendly. They have activities for kids of all ages.

Is there a gym that is free to use? With showered? Sauna?
There is a gym available. I would suspect there are showers in the locker room area. I don't know about a sauna.
