“Grief” is the reflection of what I lived. And I’m pretty sure many people can relate to the same mood and critical stages that the loss of a relative or beloved one imprints in us.
In my case, this was suddenly. No one is prepared to assume a loss of a sibling in such a way as a car crash.
I will never forget the first moment my couple received the news and dared to preserve the calm and take care of me until we went to my mom’s house, where I finally realized what had happened. I need to explain this because it is essential to fully understand this song. These first string notes relate those moments of uncertainty yet intuiting that something terrible is happening until the moment you fully understand it. Still, you deny it, and the anger and pain domain your life for a long, long time...
This song talks about the three first stages of grief: those days, weeks, and months battling with denial, anger, and bargaining.
I want to make a special mention to Merethe Soltvedt, for the love and respect she put on every single note with her beautiful voice.
And to Manuel del Fresno and all the Choir for such a wonderful and poetic way to transmit my feelings through their talents. ❤️

“Onyria" is my third studio album. But also a poem of love to my little sister Irene, the most wonderful person I've ever known, that left this world in 2018 just a few months after the release of "Immortalys."
It is also a personal chronicle of these last four years and my journey over those times. With its lights and shadows, highs and lows, going from her loss, throughout grief, to the acceptance and final resilience state, I've tried to render this homage as beautifully and poetically as I could.
Into “Onyria”, you'll find almost two hours of new music recorded with a large orchestra, a children's and an adult choir, and some of the most exquisite and well-known voices in the epic field, It also features a cast of extraordinary musicians, and I heartily hope you enjoy it and it makes you dream again...
