@@BVM729 Hey I figured it out. Basically you have to run the script with only the create database code first before adding anything to the script. After, running it, you can add your "create table" code to the script. I think this is because you have to have a database first so you can add a table to it.
I see a lot of basic stuff missing. First thing is you should verify if it's installed correctly using "postgres --version". Second thing is I don't see environment variable setup after the installation. This will create a lot of problem for many people. If anyone is facing any issue with pg admin, please verify the installation first and then add environment variable properly

I have PsotgreSQL 9.5 installed and would like to update it to 15.5, do you have any suggestions on this further.
