Yup, it's really a nice offer! Of course, there are terms and condition as to what can and can't be considered for the free repair; but if something like the hardware conks out, by all means you can have it repaired for free and all I had to pay for was shipping. It was a really great experience receiving first-rate service for a contemporary brand.

I think you got a brand new bag 💼
I highly doubt they gave me a brand new one; because (1) the olive color has been discontinued by the time I got this repaired and (2) the existing marks on the bag were consistent and the strap was soft rather than stiff compared to when I got it brand new. That would've been super nice, though, if they gave me a whole new bag. :) Thanks for watching!

They replaced all the hardware so no more scratches 😊

This is an old one called olive. I couldn’t find a close one with this season’s colors, unfortunately.
Hi Marie! I keep coming back to this bag and you are one of the few people who i think of when it comes to this bag.
Do you know if there is a limit to how many times u can use the lifetime warranty?
I mean it really is amazing if there is no limit lol. A piece of hardware that big always scare me (of scratches!) but if you can always send for repair owh well 😆
Also, how has the clasp been wearing since u got this bag back?
Thank you so much for coming back 😁 I have other, newer bags this year so I haven’t used it as much since the repair. The hardware is pretty much scratch free since then 😁
Not sure if they have a cap on the repairs but from what I see, there’s none. Still, you have to have a good reason for the repair. I don’t think scratched hardware justifies a replacement. Leather damage as well is not qualified. I linked to their terms in the description box. I think there has to be something to fix based on my experience.

But good enough to know if anything became faulty like your clasp, u can have them repaired Have you seen one in the lizzard effect in person? The toupe lizzard one is on sale on Saks Fifth for like about 200usd, so tempting. The color is nice but not to sure about the lizzard effect, wish i cud see them in person.
Haven’t seen the lizard one in person… though I’m not really into mock exotic textures
