Maganda ang property may bahay na at hindi mahal ang price per sqm. Pero since flat land sya kailangan kung magpagawa ng house is two story para kung may flooding man na dumating na hindi inaasahan may matakbuhan at mailigtas ang buhay at ibang mga gamit.

Hi Donna. As what others said, I hope you're careful in researching the property. You can go to the Registry of Deeds and ask for a certified true copy of the title. (Bring photocopy of the title plus your ID). The certified copy will also show if the land is mortgaged (nakasangla). I liked the 2nd property. I see the house as an advantage. As you've said, you or your workers can stay there and you'll have a place to store the materials for construction. It also has mature trees. You can build your house farther back. In the future, you can convert that house to apartments or transient rooms for rent. The 3rd property is also good, if your budget is lower. 300 or 400 sqm is good enough size for a small house. You can make a small 2 storey house & still have space for apartments or rooms for rent. Good luck on your future endeavours!

That 2nd property with 2700 SQM, wow, what a dream. I would knock that house down in a heartbeat and then flatten out the land then build a dream home there.

The 2nd had a nice big lot, but trying to rehab that house could cost you a lot of money? But I did like those big trees in the back. The 3rd lot seems very nice, plus you can build exactly how you like, and not have to make someone else’s property/house fit what you like. I am a little confused about the lot size of the 3rd property? At first the graphic said 2000 square meters, then later it said 300 and 400 square meters? It looks like 2000 square meters, yes? Either way…Congratulations!

Yes it happens so everyone just need to be careful. You always have to ask for a copy of the title and who are the owners. You can actually confirm it from the Registry of Deeds I guess.

if you know her from her previous UA-cam channel, you know what they used to do. Buy properties and build houses. She's not a newbie when it comes to buying properties.
Theres a way to make sure that the land title is legit and also the owner. Ask for a copy of the land Title and go to the nearest Land Registration Authority office to verify the validity of the Title.
