@@Oh_I_Will CaseyMoo1 saying Jeff is the greatest producer ever, having produced not just all the ELO albums as well as Jeff's stuff, bands and artists such as The Beatles, Aerosmith, Tom Petty, Roy Orbison, George Harrison, Del Shannon, etc., is spot on. It doesn't denigrate what he did as a songwriter, guitarist, singer, etc. Just a statement that he was also a brilliant producer as well.

Maybe the best musician to live when all things are considered. Brilliant songwriter, composer, my favorite producer, and solid musician in all regards. I wish I could meet Jeff Lynne and thank him for getting me through so many nights when it was just me and the New World Order vinyl and for pushing me on a very eclectic path in music.

Folks need to stop expecting everything to sound exaxtly like Out of the Blue. It shouldn't. Just like I Am The Walrus thankfully sounded nothing like Please Please Me. This song and album are sheer genius. It's fun and better than anything around these-a-days.

I don't have an issue with this not sounding like Out of the Blue. However, IMO, if Jeff is going to call his band "ELO", it would be, well, kind of consistent with the name and the concept that name represented, if it sounded at least something like ELO. It doesn't.

So glad to be able to hear new ELO in 2019. Was listening to them a months back wishing it was 1970-80 so I could enjoy that music again but here we are, how lucky.
The eternally youthful Jeff Lynne has done it again! Takes me back to the 70's and the first time I heard one of their songs. The first was Mr. Blue Sky, but I soon discovered all of their older music, and The Move as well. And Roy Woods' groups as well.

By far this is the best song on the whole album. In fact, this is one of Jeff´s best songs ever - IMHO.
In today’s screwed up world this song is bringing the tears.
We saw ELO back in July for 2hr 45 minute concert. Every song on the set list was a hit. Testament to his amazing career and he doesn't seem to be slowing down with this album.
Andrew Fulda saw him in June in Vancouver this year. I cried because I thought he’d never tour again and I missed my bucket list I’m so glad I was wrong. It was the best concert I ever saw (and I saw Led Zeppelin in 74 in Vancouver). Jeff Lynne is truly Magic!
