What a vintage collection ! He needs to build a kool track of his own design to ride em whenever on.. i remember when i had 20 bikes but nuttin like most of those street bikes
Thank you so much folks for this fascinating clipping on J L's Motorcycles: I am still voting between "Colombia Pope", "Scott Flying Squirrel" and "Opel Motor Club"...😀/// Merry Christmas from a festive Bangalore...🌲🎄🌲
I absolutely agree with you. I’m convinced only AI could make the commentary as dull, boring, flat and monotone as it is. The cheap intercuts of a Scott Squirrel at Andy Tiernan’s emporium here in UK just made it look amateurish in the extreme.
All British motorcycles before 1975 had the shifter on the right and rear brake on the left. The Harley Sportster was the same way. It harkens back to flat track racing where the left foot was used to stabilize the bike in turns, leaving the right foot to do the shifting.
I would love to see Jay's collection .I have been to Sammy Miller's in the UK,which was outstanding.I was amazed that they had a 4 cylinder 50cc bike made in 1955 that could exceed 100mph.
I remember admiring the 1974 John Player Special Norton on the Dealer show room floor when it was new. I wanted it badly but it was out of my price range. I bought a new Honda 550 Four that was an excellent commuter and touring bike but probably doesn't earn a place in Jay's collection.

Love the Leno Bike Collection, but sorry, your info is dull.

I remember. My 60 sportster was like that and my 59 BSA lightning Rocket.
What a nice detail, thank you. 🙂
Always a pleasure watch your bikes. ( I'm Stan from "Big Sid's Vincati" 🙂)

Thruxton!
Velocette went out of business in 1971. Perhaps the narrator meant it was one of the last last made. A long and illustrious history.
Not one Harley Jay?!!!
You keep saying { WAS } does it mean Jay no longer has the bikes?
Thank you I was wondering the same thing.
Why do you talk about the bikes in past tense? They are still there? Right?
