I had a housemate once who was super positive about everything, and our other housemate, to this day, says he hates her for being so happy. Which is insane, because she was literally the sweetest, kindest human being and absolutely made the house a home.

Just some context for the zest for life thing, when Pixar made Inside Out, they had to really scale back Joy's.. well... _joy_ since she was reliably irritating people. As an introvert and generally shy person myself I simply would not be able to tolerate someone like that as a partner, not because they're a bad person or anything like that, but simply because they'd be so exhausting.
Whenever an ad plays I never skip it. I go straight to the comments to read while it plays so Brianne can get that coin 😁

I used to watch her awhile back and you know how even though you have notifications on sometimes UA-cam stops putting channels in your feed, that happened and then recently some other channels have been reacting to her so I watched those and now there are a lot of her videos popping up in my feed again.

Mismatched socks would only ever bother me if I was the one to do laundry. My daughter wears mismatched socks and it is infuriating when I do the laundry and none of the socks have a match for me to match and out away. However, funky socks aren't my thing but I love when people wear their funky socks. I'm mildly jelly that I'm so boring TBH. Wear your mismatched socks and be happy.... So long as you're the one doing your laundry.

wow. just looked up and read the umbilical cord one and man is it bad. not only was it a cultural thing, it also had a momentum from her father that had committed suicide. he managed to get it back but then opened it (it was a little leather pouch thing) and threw out the momentum from her father (a cigarette but) and he could not understand why she left him and told him never to talk to him again.
to make things worse he seemed more concerned about the 'investment' he had lost in the relationship and that she would no longer be cooking for him.

When my parents were trying to pick a name for me, my dad kept shooting down the ones my mum liked and he eventually found my name and my mum didn't love it and said that they should wait till they found a name they both loved and then the day I was born my dad called and messaged everyone telling them that my name is what my name is now without telling my mum and by the time she found out it was already too late. my dad said no to kiah because he said it was too close too kayak and I would be made fun of but my name sounds similar to cleaner people used to call me calina the cleanser so good executive decision dad. (The mum wanting to call her son Tuesday made me think of this)
