    Man, that sounds nice. A friend found an old banjo in an estate sale. It had a 30 inch scale. Super mellow tone.

    Clifton this is my favorite type Banjo you have built I prefer this type of Banjo to others cause it sounds to clear and I really love the deeper tone of it and its longer neck is realy cool. I hope you Keep Building this type of Banjo in the future.

    • @CliftonHicksbanjo
      @CliftonHicksbanjo  6 років тому

      The cheapest banjo strings currently on the market (besides fishing line): "La Bella No. 17" nylons.

    How do you make the pot? Do you use old salad bowls?

    • @CliftonHicksbanjo
      @CliftonHicksbanjo  6 років тому +1

      This pot is just a nice old Maple snare drum shell which I've repurposed.
