As a 3rd year dental student and working at a dental clinic, I really must say: please stop using Baking Soda, lemon, vinegar, and hydrogen peroxide on your teeth... The enamel will take permanent damage within a short amount of time and I have seen some gruesome side effects. If you really want to have your teeth whitened, go to a dentist. Yes you'll have to pay more, than when buying a lemon. At least you won't ruin your teeth. There are limits to how white your teeth can get, and trying to push the boundaries by using acids and alkali will do damage :-)
