Sorry maybe this was addressed before ( I didn't watch part one yet ) but why change braided lines for kevlar lines? They pretty much have the same heat/expansion qualities and my team mechanic told me they won't add much more then the ones already there besides the extra cost and looks. Are you guy's using a RCS19 master and are you going to use the Brembo rear reservoir delete kit? So if Zack or you have the info I would like to know I'm curious :) bike is looking good
why do you use rsc19 and not rcs17? the pistons diameter of the m4 calipers are 30mm. so brembo say if yo drive the m4 or m50 or if your pistons are smaller than 30mm so use rsc17 if they are bigger than 30 so use 19. hope I could help. btw love your videos!
Zach, at 3:48-3:52 you used an unusual but obviously effective hose plier tool--never seen one before. Can you let us know what brand/model that is? And, is the proper name, "hose pliers"? HAHA! Thanks---I've got a 2015 R1 about to install the same Brembo MC as you did here...
I'm curious if between your own R1 and this build series R1 do you now have 2 sets of factory blue wheels laying around? If so, are you going to sell them? I think they'd look good on my Raven 2015 R1.
Hey Rob. The stock wheels from my 2015 R1M are bent from hitting a pothole. The stock wheels from the 2018 were sent back to MotoMillion in exchange for the carbon fiber wheels. Sorry
How much less lever travel do you guys get with the RCS19? The stock nissin on my CBR1k has like 25mm of travel before it starts to bite, non-abs, fresh Motul RBF600, and no air whatsoever in the system. When the brakes get some heat in them it gets even worse and sometimes won’t get better until bled. I am looking for a more instant/stiff lever pull so it’s more linear and less like an on/off switch. Will this master help get the feel I’m describing?

Did you use Motul high temp brake fluid since you have the high end braking system just curious? I use it on the track.
