Come to NC, everything from the outer banks where the Wright brothers flew the first flight, beaches, and mountains. Fun fact: The highest mountain east of the Mississippi River is in NC, called Mt. Mitchell. Also the largest privately owned mansion in the USA is in Asheville, NC, it's the Biltmore Estate. Plus a lot of old abandoned houses, and towns to explore.
