Your filming is getting much better. Keep getting better that just as important as finding these places. You came a long way just in the last 6 months.
If only the money to buy a house like that! I'd keep it exactly the same too! I love retro...... I am retro lol. Beautiful house Carlo! Great job as always my friend
I love this kitchen! Would enjoy cooking in this one even though I don't like cooking! BTW I live in Ontario Canada so I find your videos here interesting.
There's no way this place is just simply 'abandoned', or being considered for demolition; it is far too clean, and dust-free. This place is most likely up for sale, or auction. Very nice house, and a great video walk-through as usual.
12:05 . . . vapor barrier / insulation for the concrete block wall. 12:11 . . . green jacketed wires are Aluminum. This would date the house between 1969 and 1976. Copper prices skyrocketed in the late 1960s, and house wiring in north America changed from copper to aluminum in 1969 to reduce construction costs, and back to copper in 1977 due to the safety (fire) issues with aluminum wires.
But why are the poly sheets on the inside? They were a replacement for the tar barrier on most houses in the last decade or two to prevent leaking from the outside cinder blocks.
Whoever owned this house, took really good care of it and pride of ownership. I wouldn't change a thing to be honest. I think retro is so cool. An absolute time capsule you cannot replicate.
It’s dated but in a good way. I do wonder if it’s been on the market recently because of the light gray paint. Those stickers have got to be vandalism or renters. The fireplace downstairs is divided with a woodbox. We have this in our home. That’s a very large basement. This is a nicely made home. Some of the paneling is very high grade. Hope someone gets it before it gets trashed. Although from your description it may be developed. :( Thanks for sharing. ❤️
Wow! This home is in lovely condition. Some features are a tad dated, but appears one could simply move in. Love the privacy of the backyard, but the kitchen is my favorite room! Love the brick around the cooktop. Believe there was a bay window to look out while eating. Dream kitchen!!!
What a beautiful house, Carlo! You gave us a very nice tour, and I always appreciate that you take the time to show the wonderful details and you let us have a good look around the place. When I was a young child, my best friend lived in a house that looked a lot like this and it was built in 1969. I love all the wood paneling, very pretty, and that huge room i the basement with all the glass doors and beautiful wood is gorgeous, and I love the marble fireplace and also the double fireplace made out of bricks, and how about that huge yard! Thank you for all of the wonderful places you take us all to!!
That house looks very clean to have been abandonded for very long. And that kitchen! Wow! But the pool looks like it hasn't been used in years. And thank you for shutting down the language. I watch these for the abandonment, not to hear the f-bomb every other word.
Washers and dryers at 4:30 , you are RIGHT ! they are fairly new. 10 years about. I remember having ones like that 10 years ago, that i had to replace.
Clean find, Carlo! Love the 80s microwave and oven. Fridge looks newer. What stand out to me is all the beautiful wood trim, built in closet organizer space and fireplaces. Other than the brick and appliances doesn't look dated to me, well perhaps the staircase!
i find it odd how many ppl leave behind their fridges, washers, dryers etc. In Australia if we move we take all these appliances with us, apart from the cook top and inbuilt ovens.
I live here in the states and I too, find it weird that people leave detachable appliances behind lol.....I know if I pay for the stuff, its coming with me when I move. Stuff is way too expensive nowadays to just leave it behind.
Discovering marble seems to be a staple in a few of your videos I have seen so far. I really loved that 10 million dollar mansion, that was all decked out in marble. $
That house looked super nice! I am gonna be honest, I almost stopped watching when the boys started with the disgusting language but was super glad when you hushed them up. Thanks
U all act so self righteous but at the same time u have romanced more than one man in ur lives. So ur prudish act is fucking bullshit. Get over ur selves n grow the fuck up. It’s hilarious n ur pathetic
Hey Carlo, much love from Washington State. Another epic video. Great location. Thanks for sharing. Stay safe out there. Love and light to you my friend 👼
When you first were filming the living room and the dining room? The doorway arch, those look like tacks to put up Christmas cards, like we used to do. Also being the Santa claus and other Christmas stickers on the nice paneling. Thankyou, great find!
The black dimpled material on the walls is a waterproof membrane that is usually installed on the outside of the home foundation. The dimples are there so condensation can run down the wall to the drain tile. The only reason it could be inside is possibly due to unacceptable access outside of the homes foundation. Great videos!
I had to watch the video again!! This is a really cool house!! It's medateration style. It's very Italian, I think. I love the marble fireplace and all the arches. Awesome explore as always!! Carlo always has that awesome $h!t!! Lol!!🤩🤗💜 Love from New Jersey
I love this house and especially the basement and backyard so private,, I'd move in right now and wouldn't change a thing, if I could and then invite you guys to come back,, lol,, one can dream,, love your videos always looking for new ones,, love you guys
Thanks for your respect for your friends language, some people watch you because you keep it clean and it seems like so many don't,n that's why so many quit watching.but I think your awesome for not allowing it so thumbs up n I will subscribe
A lot of the features like the wood paneling or that orange wooden panel room is more indicative of the 1970's; which is when a bungalow boom happened up Toronto way; it shows with the kitchen appliances. The rest, like the furnace and the wet bar marble top is rather new; probably the last 15-20 years. The toilet's are the newest, probably last 10. Why it hasn't been snatched up or, worse, updated, I'll never know but it's a gem.
@@tommyguns7816 True that! Came down from Maryland with lots of old farm houses and stuff, easy in and out no hassle. In Naples Everything is on camera sensors. Happy hunting though! Peace
That black bubble stuff is usually used on the outside of the foundation of the home if the foundation is cracked and leaking. I suspect a cracked foundation is why the house was abandoned.
The fireplace in the first room m appeared to be for the show not use, the others did show actual use. Beautiful home I would love to live there, and yes the black rubberized wall cover is to protect from damp and water damage before you put up walls. Sad for a home to be left empty it should be lived in. . Be safe and thanks for a stop on the bad language I have allot of children in n my house.
@@koolkitties8552 I understand the little boy part of everyone like look at what I found... However, cannot stop to think of the disrespect of trespassing, I'm getting older and trip out when the mail carriers cross our grass when plenty of cement and granted crosswalk towards our home entrance..... Just saying, if these persons are stating its abandoned and yet entering without key or verbal disgard to access, and video the home and themselves in it is very bold in legal remremand.
Btw I’m a new subscriber, but I’ve been looking at your posts for a long, long time! You are my favorite! All the others are posers! Lol You should expand to U.S.A. Lots of abandoned stuff here! Haunted, even! You would be great! Would love to meet you......but I know that’s not a real possibility!

But why are the poly sheets on the inside? They were a replacement for the tar barrier on most houses in the last decade or two to prevent leaking from the outside cinder blocks.
The black plastic is a waterproof membrane.
Whoever owned this house, took really good care of it and pride of ownership. I wouldn't change a thing to be honest. I think retro is so cool. An absolute time capsule you cannot replicate.
I agree. Pride of ownership came to my mind as well.
Nice house! All that "dated/retro" design is making a comeback. 😁

Washers and dryers at 4:30
, you are RIGHT ! they are fairly new. 10 years about. I remember having ones like that 10 years ago, that i had to replace.
I think that instead of it being a double fireplace,, I'm thinking that one was the fireplace and the other side was to store the firewood
Dude....absolutely nothing is broken! That’s a cherry of a find!
Because it's not abandoned.
Excellent video here Carlo!
Loved the 80s very cool place here, your videos are well put together!Awesome!

Looks nice & untouched. No visible vandalism.
This place is so nice. I really enjoyed it. Thanks
I could live there! :) Thanks for sharing your wonderful videos Carlo
I really loved this house even though it was outdated. I don't care about that stuff. That kitchen was awesome!
Hey Carlo, much love from Washington State. Another epic video. Great location. Thanks for sharing. Stay safe out there. Love and light to you my friend 👼
Vacant and abandoned are completely different. This home is not abandoned, it's just vacant.
I like that home , it's nice. I really like your show
It must of been nice to have a place like that. I can only wish. Good video Carlo.🏡😘💘👍🎥

what a lovely place i cant get over how clean it was
Lots of nice touches to this house, interesting thanks for the video.
The house is eerily beautiful. The big landscape looks nice in the day but it would look different when dusk sets in. Thanks Carlo.
Great video as always!!! 🤗💜 Love from New Jersey

i love this house, i seen it before its very old but the older the better and it has Italian features as well.
Wonderful house. Nice video.
That black stuff on the walls is for sound proof so the noise won't be so much heard outside. And why is this beautiful place abandon its lovely..
nice ceiling light and wood paneling.
Nice place, noticed the fridge light was on! And those toilets look recent too! A little tic and it’s move in ready. A shame it’s sitting empty.
Love it there. Next time leave the kids in daycare! Rick in Houston
Wow, that's the cleanest abandoned house I've ever seen.
Really nice house! Looks like 80’s or 90’s build.
Love this house and its beautiful grounds. I would love to live there as is!
That house is beautiful
I love that kitchen is gorgeous.

Love this beautiful retro find! Almost move in ready still has electricity! Wonder how long its been abandoned? Great video🎥
House is clean!
, nice house really nice kitchen nice
Love all your videos , you find some really cool places. Shame to see these nice places go to waste like they do.
Awsome find. Thank you for your videos they are Awsome and helpful.
Hey Carlo if you ever come Thur Illinois there is an abandoned grade school that I went to that you should visit. Love the videos
Soundproofing. That room was probably used for playing music or singing.
Love this house but lot of work to repair that pool. House looks great honestly. I like the retro stuff.
Amo tus videos carlo.!!! Desde Argentina te mando un beso grande!!!
Awesome video Carlos!!!
The backyard and privacy was major, thanks for another dose of Carlos, respect from SW Florida 😎

Hey Carlo, do you have any knowledge on why this house is abandoned?
Nice....hardwoods throughout.
Awesome video man keep up the work
What a fab house , I'd certainly live here xxx
Love it. Keep up the awesome work.

I don’t know about the crack foundation but it is weird that it inside the basement not outside.
awesome video beautiful house to say the least
Great video 👍 you have a nice voice, too many people are way loud and tell. Love your channel. Stay safe!
Yell....not tell!! 😅
Beautiful home!
Love you Carlo. Keep up the Great work with the vids.❤💜

Awesome 1 my bro!!
The outside looks so familiar to me. Looks like a house close to where I use to live. Was it facing a main intersection?
Awesome place!
Nice video, my kitchen looks like that one, a 1991 house
Marble countertops don't sound like plastic when you knock on them. Y'all should start leaving clean curtains and signs in every livable house.
Yep, those countertops were Formica. Clearly not real marble.

Is that illegal? Consider b&e? Just wondering if this is risky

Nice retro hose. They must have got mad and slammed a fist in the bedroom door, causing the hole because they had to move.
