This is one of my holiday traditions -- it saves me from making Christmas a humbug every year. Thanks for sharing! "Happy Christmas to all," and "God bless us, everyone!"
Yes this will work on frameless windows, but be cautious with exactly where and how tight the twine is pulled against the window's gaskets so you do not tear them. The only car we have an issue with is the Tesla Model X with the Falcon Doors (or I guess a Delorean if we ever saw one!). - Farmer Tom
We try to make it simple for guests with consistency between the two ropes (front and back), plus having a loop means double the twine to handle the pressure. We use sisal twine as a natural plant fiber for the work. - Farmer Tom
You should show a video of you tying a tree down in a full parking lot with a foot n half of room on each side with people getting in or out of there cars etc that’s a pain in the but . Ps lil tip when placing tree on roof do Not roll or slide it you will scratch the paint I place my arm under and slide the tree like that so it’s not scratching the car . I’m also 6’5” so I can get away with that . You scratch a roof and you can forget that tip. I like the tip money
Thanks now I will look like less of an idiot working at a Christmas tree lot...
Same.
My thoughts exactly
I watch this every year 😂
How about now?
@@jollyrajer Yep just finished my annual watch
@@johnmarkfisher1199I love this comment 😂
lol I saw your comment last year and can now say I too watch this annually
@@johnmarkfisher1199 it's been 4 years
Not bad . Better than the other videos online that don't show the process clearly
Watching this before I drive to pick up the tree
After not being able to get my tree on my car last year and shoving it inside, this was super helpful. Thank you.
Glad it helped! - Farmer Tom
Nice of Phil Hartman to do that voiceover for you!

Okay Tiny Tim 😂 lol
Outstanding video. Just the information I needed. Thank you!
This is exactly what I needed to see to gain the confidence to go get a tree of my own this year!!! Thank you!!!
Thanks for the handy tip. Makes tree shopping and transporting easy!
Thanks Jones Family. Great video and love the Honda!
Glad to assist! - Farmer Tom
Perfect hitch loop knot 🌲
Good show, ‘ol boy!
Freaking perfect. Exactly the vid I was hoping to find. Thanks so much
Nice 6 gen accord
I saw the roof in the first shots and knew it was an accord
Thanks now I don’t have to look like a fool in front of my wife and kid😂
It’s that time of year again fellas lol
Extremely helpful thank you for posting :)
Thanks for the video..
Pure genious!
You said 6 lengths of rope but I saw only 4 used.
Even a simple video like this has its trolls! 🧌
I have frameless windows on my car Does it still work

Why not just tie one loop at the end and save rope?

Great video… but you need to wear gloves!
Face it the other way so it doesn't dry out

Notice the tarp on the vehicle in the video.
We do have a tarp on the roof in the video = no scratching. - Farmer Tom
Quit being a stinker. They clearly mentioned a tarp on the roof!
Also wear gloves! lol
True benefit to that, especially in cold weather! - Farmer Tom
