This may be the best mod I've ever played. Each update it has gotten better but also had a few issues each time which are fixed quickly. Now you are adding new moves!!!

This is the best Smackdown 2 mod out there
Ive played this and ive quickly noticed some bugs, like Jerry Lynn ring out animation, tends to bug a lot, just like his running strike attack and his winning animation, also, RVD doesnt seem to have a winning animation, or its bugged, it cuts directly to the loading screen, and Shane Douglas finisher bugs some times too, keep up the amazing work my dude, im a fan
@@funkyfut I may have to do one more blackout update. None of those are issues in my copy, looks like everyone got the copy before I injected those fixes, thankfully the copy you all received fixed the major bugs that caused the hard freezes and the floating tag teams. It does suck I screwed that up, sandman's new entrance is also missing.
I'm rolling along with the wcw mod but maybe in a week or 2 I will open ecw back up and see if I should do a 1.6 or even do enough to call it 2.0.
The WCW mod should be MUCH better than this when I'm done.

@@robertwarf3316 I appreciate that. The actual game looks better than this video, this was v1.1 and I ended at v1.5 (better lighting in the arenas and mats, plus other new things), after I finish the wcw mod I am going to revamp this one. Part 2 will be called ECW 2: All-out.

Incredible work, subbed to your channel so I can keep an eye on future updates. Playing on my jailbroken PS3 and it works perfectly. But I have three questions for you.
1. Is there supposed to be Sound FX and music in the menus? Mine doesn't have either.
2. There's a blank Championship you can choose (doesn't have a name), what's that supposed to be?
3. You mention a WCW mod...like there's a full on WCW game you're making that'll be like this? If so, I can't wait!

I removed the dreaded menu sounds, I hated them with a passion.
The women's Title was removed in favor of a blank males category.

Big Dick is in the Big show slot and needs unlocked with a code. I will make him available by default in ECW 2: ALL-OUT.

So with the unlockables, do I NEED to use a code (I have Codebreaker so that's not a problem) or can I still unlock things playing through career mode (assuming they'd unlock based on the slot they're in)?
@@TheViper4Life the only 2 that will not unlock in the season are Big Dick and Lawler, bother need codes which are the big show and shamrock codes. Just find the ntsc GameShark versions. I do not use the codes so I do not have them but they should be out there still.

As far as I know blood has not been figured out in sd2 beyond the old GameShark code. It may not be possible in my mod because I do not use the standard models.

Hey Awesome Mod. Question How Do You Change The Ring Mats & Aprons? Or A Tutorial Would Be Nice Because I Cant Find Anything On It.
I havent done them in about 6 years now, I did those long before my hiatus away from modding. It's actually a longer process than you would think considering how easy it is to change other things in the c2.
I use Photoshop 7 (you can use any as far as I know), you need the tim add-on and timview+ (I use v.0.6.2 RC5) not to be confused with timviewer.
As for file size and save settings, I do not want to go off of just memory on this one, however I am about to do my mats and aprons for the wcw patch so after I reacclimate myself with the process I will either do a post or a video on it.

If it's modded and can read burnt discs then yes, I play in my PS3 cfw, I prefer my tablet though.

Unfortunately you have to sign up over on the forum, it only takes 1 min and is worth it. My 2 current patches are there and my wcw patch will be later this year. Also some of the best sd2 mods are there.

@@herculesthedestroyer758 I went through one closet and found the hard drive but now I have to find the power cord. I'll keep looking, I'm sure a few people might like it if they play fire pro and liked mma and boxing from 95-12. I'll probably play it once I dig it back out myself, we used to use dice to select opponents, I'd bet me and my fiancee have hundreds of hours playing it. Good times.
@@herculesthedestroyer758 warrior will be in the next video I release. I'm thinking after the projects I have lined up I'll likely make a wwf 90-94 mod, it will be a year plus away though. I have the WCW mod then I'm going to either do ecw 2 to fix the issues in that mod or a wwf 95-00 mod to complete the trilogy that will lead to Wrestling All-stars 2: 95-00 (working title). We'll see how it all goes.

Dude idk how you got the entrances to work, the other mods have entrances disabled.
I haven't played any of the other mods since I started modding again, what happens when you enable the entrances in the settings?
@@SynysterSoftware Oh ok, the creators of the other mods took it out completely, the game craps out im guessing. It kills the immersion for me if theres no entrances in wrestling.
Is this a rom hack? Is it already packed altogether or is it a mod installation required?
Full game, start it in an emulator or on a modded system and go. Plug and play basically.

After that I plan to do either a wwf 96 mod or another wrestling All-stars with the best wrestlers from my patches. Once all that is done I could see making a wwf 90-94 mod, I guess i could make my wwf 96 mod a 93-96 mod and meet you halfway.

Hey Synyster, are there match types i should avoid? I couldnt get the table matches to end for example. I know you’re still updating the game. It is so much frikkin fun man you did an amazing job. What else are you fixing in terms of patches? I noticed some small bugs, you got me pumped!
You should be able to finish any match, I haven't had issues but I will test it. Was it a regular tables, tag tables or tlc?
What other bugs have you noticed? I have fixed Super Crazy and Alfonso.
@@SynysterSoftware Interesting, it was a singles Table match. There was no bell when i broke the table. Had to exit the match.
Then i did a ladder match and there was no ladder haha. But i see other streamers had ladder match with no issue.
The small bug i noticed was with the music, sometimes some wrestlers come out to really low music or none to my ears like Psichosis. I can live with that though because you have entrances working unlike other mods.
Btw i hope you’re doing better physically man i know you were going through some things. 🙏
@@airbourne145 did you have weapons enabled? That's the only time I've seen that. Do not enable weapons in regular tag matches either.

I removed them, one thing that I found extremely annoying was the menu sounds and music. None of my mods moving forward will have them.
