I was on AS but second biopsy showed 8 of 12 cores to be Gleason 6 one was 25% the others 15%, 10% others low volume (1%) I was not able to do the whole MRI because even with sedation,on my back my pain levels are very bad due to back injury and sleep apnea caused them to lower the profolol causing me to awake inside machine freaking out and in great pain (claustrophobia as well) so now I'm up in the air but may seek brachytherapy because I hate closed spaces, I am severely claustrophobic.
