Aoa dear i wana say something u said that spoon shape nail in infective endocarditis but in iron deficiency anemia there is also spoon shape called koilonychia .In infective endocarditis there is also splincter hemorhages i think..

Any disease that decrease oxygen perfusion to organs can lead to koilonychia ,so endocarditis leadss to poor cardiac output hence koilonychia

Agar patient ko khana hai ya sona hai ya uss ka dil nahi hai tou uss ko poora haq hai ke woh aapko mana karday. Yeh unethical harkat hai ke apnay aap ko "bezati" se bachanay ke liye kisi patient ko tang karein. This is making a mockery of the idea of informed consent
