just drop one into 500ml of water mate there's plenty different flavours 👍☀️

I know who to blame now if we get rain tomorrow lol. We got an overnighter booked in the lakes tomorrow so will be carrying 3 litres with us and I have the electrolytes in power form and swear by it too :o)
