AUTOMATED PACKAGING LINE FOR TUBES AND PROFILES
GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
Our Packaging line provide high production speed, full automation of production process, low labor cost, maximum safety work and high product quality.
The line will be packed circle, square, rectangular tubes, as well as profiles in square, rectangular, hexagonal bundles.
The automatic packaging line consist of bundle formation unit, transfer unit of formed tubes bundle, conveyor, weighing, labeling, oil strain section and final storage area.
FEATURES:
The bench framework is robust design, electro welded plate steel, the motor, brakes, safety guards etc. are all pre-assembled on the bench.
Power is transmitted by gearbox. Electrical safety switches make sure that the machine cannot be run, if safety guards are open.
All electrical, electro-mechanical and electronic components come from well known manufacturers and are available world wide.
The electrical equipment is installed in dustproof cabinets that can be opened from both the front and the back.
