Faction shield extenders and T2 rigs on T1 frigates, right. The other day I killed a Merlin with a T1-fitted Atron, thought nothing of it until I noticed it was a 30M ISK kill, and thought WTF? Then I noticed the faction MSE and T2 shield rigs. Something is out of proportion here.
EVE 2019 and people have a lot of ISK. People are also out in space in t1 fit stuff, but I think what I am representing here is more common than the cheaper fit. In any case, if you imagine fits like I am showing above, and you end up vs t1 stats it's a happy surprise.
Nice vid, but it's nice to mention what skills you need to fit like this. Because i've tried some of fits from your vid, and its a lot of problems with reactor and CPU because i have no skill for lower usage.
Ohai o/ Used to fly MASB condor for a while. Feels like a micro-raven, FNCs really hate them ^^ Not as powerful as a hookbill nor cheap as a buffer kestrel, yet fun to fly. You might want to check it out: 3×RL II, small neut II; 1MN AB II, MASB, X5 web, scram II; DC II, BCS II; SACR I, SPOCU I, SPolyc I. Yeah, yeah, the damage is negligible. On the other hand it has microscopic sig, quite a decent speed and a tackle cap use bonus which allows it to run neut, which again is quite uncommon talking of caldari ships with their general lack of cap.
