@TheJetaway motor is standard . No need for more . The batteries are NiMh 9,6V. Now i have replace them with 11,1 lipo but it has too much power. Dangerous for rolling. I am thinking of 7,4 lipo . I think it will be grade. Scale speed. This is the point with this boat. Pacific Queen is a nice boat , it is RTR . You have to work months to have the Najade ready . Think about it. ....Najade of course is better, in my opinion !

I believe hobby king sells a boat called the princess but this is larger and I have always looked for a Rc boat like this. I can't ever find one it's the perfect size. The closest I've found to this is hobby kings princess but not near this big. I don't think it is anyway.
