I can't imagine your pain 😔. I recommend finding tunes to help release the emotion that is bottled up inside before exploding. That release will make the recovery from the shock run more smoothly.

Take all the time you need, if you need to take a break, take it the true fans will stick by you and wait for your next amazing video. Those that don’t stay obviously don’t care about dedication. Hell there’s a text tuber I watch that takes over a month to post something new but the videos are amazing and they have a dedicated fan base due to the passion they put into a episode with the fans wanting more but also knowing greatness takes time. (you probably can guess who I’m talking about but if not I can tell/link their channel).
Take your time, the audience can wait for as long as they need to. Release stuff at the pace YOU think you can manage, yeah? No point in forcing yourself to do quick restorations, aight? We can wait, you do them at your own pace and it'll all turn alright ^^
