I am also working in big4 audit and facing work life balance issue. I just got a job in small company as a finance manager with almost similar package and near my home. So, i resigned from my job. However, i am bit confused whether i should join the small company or not
This is your decision, nobody else can guide you without stepping in your shoes. Compare both not just in terms of work life balance but think of growth and learning too.
Take some advice on LinkedIn from people already working in the small company and then decide.
