With a Broadway run of 6,137 performances, national tours, and international productions, A Chorus Line is both a snapshot of a moment in history and a platform for fresh talent, which will be showcased in this Annual Gala Presentation led by Bob Avian (original co-choreographer) and Baayork Lee (Connie, original cast).

Relish these backstage reports. Great for actors to see how much goes into creating a rich character -- in this case, Cassie. And wisely so -- if your show's Cassie isn't "special" the story loses its main arc.

they should legit offer Cassie Camp as like a summer intensive type thing I'd pay my life savings for that lmao
Hurder's rendition of MATM is more with endurance and athleticism. The tempo is FAST than what most cassies do. Very similar to how bennet intended it to be. The only thing i don't like from Baayork lee's rendition is the omission and changes to a few moves.
I got to see Miss Hurder some years ago at Hershey Theatre as Cassie in the national tour....she was stunning 👏👏👏😃❤💚
